SV knocks their mana down so they cant cast smite hex.

Arcane Echo + Symphatic Visage + wait for Symphatic visage to end + Echo'ed Visage = Smites with no mana. Which then goes to:

Spiteful spirit + Spiteful spirit/Shadow of Fear/Suffering.

can someone move this to the necro forum?

SV doesn't need to be echo'd. With correct timing you can cast using this pattern, and they'll all drop in ~20 seconds:

sv>echo>ss>ss>suffering>desecrate

for small groups (small groups only, to avoid smite hex bombing the monk) I use this pattern:

suffering>sv>echo>ss>ss>desecrate

It's all in the timing though, if you mess it up you're screwed. For those who can't seem to get the timing right you may have to echo sv until you're better

ps. for this pattern you need a lot of energy. For smites I use scars and 2x 15/-1 items, for 79 base energy. regen isn't a problem since Soul Reaping brings you back up when they die (which is why if you mess up the pattern you're screwed.)

Eh, I can usually kill one group with sv>ss>suffering>desecrate

No need to echo SV, it takes around 6-8 seconds to drain the energy of the smites. But as sno said, if you mess up the pattern you're screwed (if you're not aggroing a huge amount, you can just regen.. slowly..)

Use an AoE cover hex, thats what suffering is for. Don't use shadow, that slows ss damage..
